Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
All our Mava gear undergoes serious testing and every single product is carefully selected before it reaches you. If, however, you received an unlucky product rest assured we've got you covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging.

Exchanges
All Mava products are fulfilled automatically once you submit the orders online. If, however, you have ordered the wrong size rest assured all Exchanges are FREE of charge.

Delivery Conditions
- Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, your shipping address and order summary. Please keep this e-mail for your records – it contains your order number.
- If any items in your order become out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email and present you with the best available options.
- The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.
- Some of our products may be delivered in separate packages. If you don’t receive your entire order in one delivery, rest assured that the missing items will be delivered in no more than one day apart.

Expedited Shipping options are not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
